The duties to be discharged by us in the role as engineering Consultants once we are appointed for the same
  • Investigating available data or information relating to the project, which are relevant to the works and collaborating with other professional Advisors or Consultants appointed by the Clients or Architects.
  • Collection of the necessary information Client or Architect on the basic requirements of the project and the general standard it is desired to maintain.
  • Making preliminary study of the project and submitting a preliminary report summarizing the requirements, making recommendations on suitable system and equipment. Providing a preliminary cost estimate to facilitate approval of design proposals.
  • Preparing detailed tender drawings on agreed design basis.
  • Preparing tender documents and calling tenders in line with the proposed building schedule.
  • Assessing and reporting on tenders received and assisting the clients to interview prospective tenderers by making fair and appropriate recommendations.
  • Preparations of contract documents.
  • Technical supervision of works in progress including site visits and attendance at meetings as and when necessary. Advising on the general standard and conduct of the works.
  • Review the progress of projects, jointly with the Clients and other consultants at suitable intervals to ensure proper coordination and smooth implementation of works.
  • Carrying out final inspection of the works to meet the requirements of the relevant authorities.
  • Certifying the general correctness of the progress payment claims.
  • Certifying the practical completion and final completion of the works.
  • Coordinating with the Accredited Checker & Registered Inspectors engaged directly by the Clients for Government submissions.
